The minimum order value for foreign countries is 25.00 €.

Online ordering 
You have the option to have a customer account at us. You have to give your complete contact information for only once at our shop. When you make your next order, we will already have your contact information. When you don’t want to have a customer account, you will always have the possibility of ordering as a guest.

Payment options

Credit card 
We will accept Visa and Mastercard. 

We need the following information from you: 

  • Credit card number
  • Card verification (you can see it on the backside of the credit card; it is a 3 digit code and is followed by the 16 digit card number)
  • Expiration date of the card
  • Mastercard: your individual SecureCode
  • VISA: your individual Varified by Visa password

With your personal password (SecureCode/Verified by Visa) you are protected against misuse when you shop online. Because only you know the password, nobody else can misuse your credit card at participating merchants. An entry window will appear during the payment proceedings, which is from your card issuing bank. Here you can enter your personal code, which proves that you are the legitimate holder of this credit card. This online security process is similar to the PIN-number you use at ATMs. We do not have access to this data, because it is only available on the server of your card-issuing bank.

If you are not registered at your bank for Mastercard SecureCode/Varified by Visa (yet), an entry window will automatically open during the payment proceedings for your registration. The order process will not be cancelled during your registration. Just follow the instructions of your bank to successfully complete your registration.

In exceptional cases it is possible that your credit card is not yet activated for this security method (= no input window appears). If you want to use this service, please get in contact with your card-issuing bank. Anyway, you can pay your order by credit card as usual.

The value of the order will only be reserved at the card, not booked. The value will be booked when the order is being shipped. 
 
Please pay attention: When your credit card data is in our order system, you will be automatically connected with the server from CompuTop. The transmission of the data and the authentication will be done via an encryption based on SSL (a secure communication protocol for the transmission of banking and credit card information during the checkout process). Your information will neither sent to us, nor stored.

PayPal
You will pay the value of the bill via the online payment service PayPal. To use PayPal you will need a valid PayPal account, which carries your bank- or credit card information.

When you will pay in advance, you will transfer the money in advance to our bank account.  
After the order is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with our bank information. 
When we receive the money on our bank account, we will ship the order.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the ordered items, chosen payment option and your country. The exact delivery time can be found on the article page.

Normally, orders that are deliverable will be shipped on the same day if they were ordered on business days before 1 pm . When we are not able to ship within the amount of days that are normal for your country, you will receive information from our customer service.

Delivery status

When we are shipping the order, you will receive a confirmation mail on your e-mail address that you have filled in at the order process. In this e-mail you will find an individual link to follow your order.

Exchanging and returning products

Returning period
When your ordered item doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can always return it within 30 days.

Besides the legal right of revocation within 14 days, we provide a voluntary right of return for all purchases, within 30 days after you have received the goods. With this right of return you are also able to send us back the goods (unworn and unwashed) within 30 days.

Please be aware of the fact, that we only accept returned items that are unworn and unwashed in original condition. Also don’t take of the labels. 
Sealed items (books, videos, etc.) are only returnable when they are sealed.

Free of charge returning
Please fill in the return receipt completely and put it back into the package, together with the items you want to return.

Please be aware of the fact that you have to pmkeep the form that you receive with the order. This form is the form you will be needing when returning your products. In this way, when you have any problems, your package is tracked easily.  
 
When you will be returning your product and want to a new product, we will send this to you free of charge. When a desired item isn’t available, you will be informed by our customer service. 
 
When you want to return something, you have to pay the shipping costs first. Please send us the receipt by e-mail or put the receipt in the return package. We will then refund the money for the shipping costs up to a value of €15,-. Please fill in your IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code, name of the bank and name of the accountholder on the return receipt.

Exchange status
When we receive your package, you will be informed by e-mail. 
Exchanges will be normally processed on the same day. 
 
The amount of time the refunding takes depends on the payment method.

  • Payment in advance
    We will transfer the money to your bank account. Please be aware that you fill in the correct and full bank information on the return receipt.
  • Credit card
    We will transfer the money back to your credit card. Please be aware that the booking will be seeable at the next credit card transaction.
  • PayPal
    We will transfer the money back to your PayPal account

Redeeming of gift vouchers

The gift voucher is only valid online at www.stylefile.com. Hereby it is important that the code is only valid in the country where the voucher was bought. A payment of the amount from the voucher is not possible, a refund for returned articles which you bought with the voucher is also not possible.

You enter the voucher code in your shopping cart before payment. In your shopping cart you see on the left side below 'redeem voucher'. If you click on it, a pop-up shows up where you can enter the code. The amount is automatically reduced from the total amount. You can only use one voucher per order. When the total amount is more than the voucher-amount, you have to pay the rest. The voucher can be redeemed only if the shopping cart has at least the value of the voucher.

Articles can be returned within 30 days. The articles you want in return should be of the same amount. You can also choose for a cheaper article. However, we still can not refund the remaining amount.
