Payment

How do I pay my order?
Within Europe you have the options to pay in advance, with credit card or via PayPal.
If you choose to prepay your order you will have to transfer the required amount to our bank account and we will process your order as soon as we received the money. If you pay with credit card we will automatically charge the amount to your credit card as soon as your package leaves our depot.

How does the prepayment work?
At the end of  the order process you push the “prepayment” button. Therefore it’s necessary to indicate a valid e-mail address since you will be getting all the needed payment information (including our bank details) per e-mail. After receiving that e-mail you have seven weekdays to transfer the required amount to our account. If you don’t transfer the amount within that time your order will be cancelled automatically.
Once we received the money your order will be for approved shipping.

Can I pay with credit card?

Can I pay on account, by bank collection?
No, that is not possible.

Delivery

How does my order get to me?
All packages will be delivered by DHL (German Post) or GLS. Express delivery or delivery through another parcel service is not possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your package will be delivered within one week after ordering.
If you prepaid your order we will process it after the payment occurs on our bank account which takes about three days after you transferred the money.

Do you ship orders outside Germany?
Yes, we do. You can order from almost every European country. In that case the payment has to be done in advance or from certain countries we also accept credit cards.

What are the shipping rates based on?
Shipping costs for orders outside Germany are not based on the weight or order value. More information about shipping costs here.
Any further costs do not apply since abroad order are prepaid or paid with credit card (but please notice that there might be an extra charge for you bank transfer to another country).

Are you going to inform me when my order will be processed?
If you entered your e-mail address when you ordered you will automatically be informed when your package leaves our depot.

What is your return policy?

Revocation Information

Customers can return their order within 4 weeks after receiving the order by returning the order.
Customers can revoke their contract of sale in written text (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) without naming any reasons within 4 weeks after
the day the order has been shipped  To meet the deadline, timely mailing shall suffice ( the date stamp of the post office counts).

The right of revocation does not apply on orders of audio or video recordings and software if these have been unsealed or opened.

With effective execution of revocation the customer is obligated to send back the order.
If it’s not possible to ship the products as a regular package we will pick it up on request.

In case of effective revocation, received performances (products / money) of both sides have to be returned.
If you’re not able to return the received performances, or only parts of it, or in bad condition, you probably will have to pay compensation. If you tested the products like you would have been able to do so in a store, does not affect the right of returning them.
To avoid the duty of compensation, you should not do anything to affect the value of the products. Transportable products have to be shipped back. Non transportable products will be picked up from your home address.
If the delivered products are defective or they are not in accordance with what you have ordered, the warranty claim does not affect the right of revocation.

What should I do if I want to return an article?
Fill out the Return/Exchange Form enclosed in your package.
If you want to get your money back for one or more articled please don’t forget to give us you bank details so we can transfer it back to you without any difficulties.
If you want to exchange an article we will need the article number, color and size of the article you want. You should also give us your bank details so we can transfer your money back in case the article you want in exchange is not on stock any longer.
In a sealed package, mail your package to us along with the return form.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for the return shipping?
You will be responsible for all shipping costs for international returns unless the article(s) received was damaged. In this case we will refund an amount equal to or less than € 15,00 and not more than that amount.

I returned an article, when will I get my exchange article?
After we received your return it’s gonna take about 1-2 weeks until you get your new package.
In exceptional cases the delivery can take a little longer if we are waiting for an additional delivery by our suppliers or if we had to reorder the article just for.
If the delivery will be delayed we will call you or inform you by e-mail.

I returned an article when will I get my money back?
After receiving your return we will check the condition of the article(s) and the return reason so we can put it back on stock. Not till then we can attend to your return.
Usually you will get your money back within 2 weeks after we received your return.

Other questions you might have

Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number is always printed on the envenlope of the catalogs you get from us, right above your address. Besides that you’ll find it on every bill and delivery note. Even if you still can’t find your customer number it ain’t a problem.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount for deliveries within Europe is 25,00€.

Why can’t I find all the articles from the catalog in your online shop or not all sizes?
This can be for multiple reasons. Either the article could be out of stock (the online shop is more up to date than the catalog) or you misspelled a word or you typed in the wrong search criteria (try to part words, e.g. instead of “truckercap” try “trucker cap”).
Why do some articles run out of stock that fast?
Since we offer a lot of products from small companies which produce their stuff in small amounts,
it can happen that articles are sold out and can’t be reordered.

How can I find the right size?
Next to most of the articles online is a link to a conversion table that helps you to find the right size. If the offered articles turn out to be smaller or bigger than standard it’s mentioned in our article description. If the stuff you ordered still doesn’t fit you can easily send it back (see return policy).

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation e-mail?
This can be for multiple reasons. Maybe you didn’t enter the correct e-mail address or you didn’t enter one at all. Please check that.
