Cash in Advance

If you pay your order cash in advance you transfer the order amount to our bank account. You get the demand note and our bank information per e-mail after you placed your order.  Your order will be processed as soon as the money got transfered to our account.


Credit Card

We do accept Visa and Mastercard. We need the following information:

- Credit Card Number
- CVV2 Number (It’s a three digit code that’s placed on the back of your credit card after your 16 digit credit card number.)
- Expiry Date

We will only charge the total order amount to your credit card after we actually shipped your order.

Please notice: As soon as you entered your credit card information, you will be automatically connected with the CompuTop server CompuTop (http://www.computop.de). The transfer of your information and the authentication will be with codification through SSL-Technology. Your information will not be forwarded to us or saved.
PayPal

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 weekdays. The order will be carried out by DHL (German Post Office) or GLS. The payment has to be done in advance or with credit card. Please do only accept packages if they’re unopened and do not show any signs of damage.

As soon as your order will be shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us (only if you entered a valid e-mail address when you ordered).

Revoke Information

a) Customers can return their order within 4 weeks after receiving the order by returning the order. Customers can revoke their contract of sale in written text (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) without naming any reasons within 4 weeks after the day the order has been shipped  To meet the deadline, timely mailing shall suffice ( the date stamp of the post office counts).

b) The right of revocation does not apply on orders of audio or video recordings and software if these have been unsealed or opened.

c) With effective execution of revokation the customer is obligated to send back the order. If it’s not possible to ship the products as a regular package we will pick it up on request.

d) In case of effective revokation, received performances (products / money) of both sides have to be returned.
If you’re not able to return the received performances, or only parts of it, or in bad condition, you probably will have to pay compensation. If you tested the products like you would have been able to do so in a store, does not effect the right of returning them.
To avoid the duty of compensation, you should not do anything to affect the value of the products.Transportable products have to sent back. Non transportable products will be picked up from your home address.
If the delivered products are defective or they are not in accordance with what you have ordered, the warranty claim does not affect the right of revocation.

Right Size for tops:

Every brand is using its own cuts for their clothes, so the the sizes can vary. There is no such thing as a standard conversion table that you can us as a lead. The best thing to do is probably to use granny’s measuring tape to figure out the right size you need.
Then you can use the following  conversion table (for men and women).

Most articles are stated in US sizes (xs – xxl). If you don’t know your size just check the tag in one of your clothes, it should show you either the US or the German size (see conversion table).

Men:

To measure your chest (T-Shirts, Sweaters etc.) you have to put the measuring tape horizontal round the biggest part of your chest and back.
To measure your waist (pants) you have to put the measuring tape horizontal round the smallest part of your waist.



Women:

To measure your chest (T-Shirts, Sweaters etc.) you have to put the measuring tape horizontal round the biggest part of your chest and back.
To measure your waist (pants) you have to put the measuring tape horizontal round the smallest part of your waist. 
To measure your hip (pants, skirts etc.) you have to put the measuring tape horizontal round the biggest part of your backside.



Right size for pants:

For pants you can only choose the waist size and the length of legs is adjusted to the waist size which usually works out alright.
If you prefer to wear your pants below the waist just order one size bigger.
If  the offered pants turn out to be smaller or bigger than standard it’s mentioned in our article description.

Fitting / How are these pants cut?
regular fit = standard cut, like most of the pants sold in the stores
loose fit = cut more sleazy than standard
baggy fit = very sleazy and loose cut
slim fit = tight around the waist and thighs
boot cut = more loose around the lower leg (bell-bottoms)
tapering cut = tight around the lower leg (tapered trousers)

low waist = to be worn a little below the waist

To find out yourhat size you have to measure your head circumference around 1 cm above your ears.

By ordering the required goods, the customer defines the binding contract proposal.

We are entitled to accept the contract proposal within two weeks.
We are entitled to accept electronically placed orders within three weekdays after receiving the order. We have the right to deny an order examination the customers credit rating. We have the right to limit the order to a common usage amount.

The conclusion of a contract takes place under reserve. In case of not receiving deliveries in proper form by our suppliers, we are not obligated to process the order.
That only applies if it is not  maintainable by us that we did not receive deliveries from our suppliers. In case that the ordered goods are not or not completely available the customer will be informed immediately. The consideration will be refunded immediately.

If the customer ordered electronically the wording of the contract will be saved and forwarded to the customer per e-mail.
